At Catalog Games, we are seeking a Product Lead to define the game economy and monetization strategy for our flagship titles. This role involves leveraging data, design, and strategy to enhance player value and engagement while ensuring commercial success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify and unlock strategic growth opportunities, driving the future of our games.
Must have:
  • Lead design, implementation, and optimization of in-game economies.
  • Partner with product leadership to spot strategic growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate game economies and monetisation systems using data-driven insights.
  • Work cross-functionally with game designers, analysts, producers, and UX.
  • Design and oversee A/B tests and experiments for performance improvement.
  • Proven experience in a product management or monetisation-focused role in mobile games or interactive digital products.
  • Strong understanding of game economy design principles and player behavior.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful monetisation strategies in a live service environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience working with data and KPIs.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to influence across disciplines.

  • Familiarity with free-to-play game systems, in-app purchases, and live ops.

Job Description:

At Catalog Games, we operate a portfolio of top-performing live games that engage millions of players every day. We are now looking for a Product Lead to take charge of the game economy and monetisation strategy for our flagship titles.

This role is at the intersection of data, design, and strategy—focused on maximizing player value and engagement while ensuring commercial success. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to unlock opportunities that propel our games forward.

Key Responsibilities

Economy & Monetisation Strategy

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of in-game economies that balance player enjoyment with business performance.

Strategic Opportunity Identification

Partner with product leadership to spot strategic growth opportunities and ensure they align with our long-term product vision and goals.

Performance Analysis

Monitor and evaluate the health of game economies and monetisation systems using data-driven insights and market trends to inform decisions.

Collaborative Planning

Work cross-functionally with game designers, analysts, producers, and UX to align economy features and monetisation plans with broader game initiatives.

Experimentation & Innovation

Design and oversee A/B tests and experiments aimed at improving conversion, retention, and monetisation performance.
