Marvell is seeking a Product Management Director for its Enterprise Networking Product Management team. This role involves defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for Marvell's Arm CPU & DPU product portfolio. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, gathering customer requirements, managing the product lifecycle, and creating compelling product presentations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, 5+ years of product management experience in compute or networking, strong understanding of the processor market, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Your Team, Your Impact

Enterprise Networking Product Management team responsible for Marvell's product portfolio consisting of Ethernet Switches, PHYs, Processors and Fibre Channel controllers targeted to Enterprise Networking market.

What You Can Expect

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Marvell's Arm CPU & DPU product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including product launches, updates, and end-of-life planning.
  • Create and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the compute or networking industry.
  • Strong understanding of processor market.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing semiconductor product lifecycle from concept to production.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with PLM tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

170,880 - 256,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
