Must Have

• Work with clients to understand business objectives, user behavior, and product vision.
• Develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and functional specification documentation.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver multi-platform applications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, including planning, team direction, scoping, and contract drafting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering projects on web, mobile, or gaming platforms.
• Advanced/Fluent English.

Product Management Leads at Work & Co are cross-functional leaders who work with project teams to define, create, and launch digital products that define major brands. Half strategist, half project manager, and client partner, the Product Manager owns the complete product development lifecycle and works collaboratively and agilely. The Product Manager drives projects from initial concept, through large-scale product launch, to post-launch optimization.

Work & Co teams are small and highly experienced. As a Product Manager, you will lead engagements alongside company partners, as well as leading designers and technologists in the industry. You will share our love for creating great products and services and launching them. Along the way, you will develop new skills – from prototyping to analytics – by working with innovative clients such as Virgin, Showtime, and Twitter.

To do this well, candidates will need an entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity, and a bias for action. A successful Product Management Director works collaboratively, communicates effectively, and builds consensus. He or she balances the best user experience with business goals and breaks down complex problems to locate and manage their solutions. This person plans, prioritizes, and understands everything at a macro level, as well as the relevant details. The Product Management Director deals with new problems, platforms, and industries.
