Job Description

This opportunity is available within the DSI of Ubisoft's International Headquarters, and more particularly within the Ubisoft Connect department. Ubisoft Connect is the central platform that connects players to Ubisoft universes. It brings together social features, cross-platform services, rewards, and game statistics.

Under the supervision of the Product Manager, you will participate in the management of products related to the evolution of the Ubisoft Connect platform.

You will be in direct contact with the business teams in charge of Ubisoft's digital strategy, at the heart of discussions on the future of PC Gaming and e-commerce at Ubisoft.

As such, your main missions will be:

  • Support strategic thinking on initiatives:
  • Conduct ad hoc studies: product/market analyses;
  • Collaborate with UX/user research teams to gather insights and produce benchmarks;
  • Consolidate and analyze data to inform decisions;
  • Participate in setting objectives, success indicators, and roadmaps;
  • Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Take charge of product thinking on cross-functional improvements:
  • Identify user pain points and propose resolution recommendations;
  • Participate in team alignment (planning, risks, dependencies);
  • Participate in product team ceremonies and create user stories taking into account business rules, as well as technical impacts and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with the PMO: reporting, program tracking
  • Identify how to improve the efficiency of product teams:
  • Support teams in adopting agile and product best practices;
  • Analyze existing practices (workflows, tools) and propose areas for improvement (processes, AI tools, etc.);
  • Formalization of deliverables.
  • Produce documentation and reporting:
  • Update project documentation on Confluence;
  • Produce progress reports for product and technical management;
  • Contribute to the capitalization of best practices.

Qualifications

  • You have initial experience in digital product management;
  • Ideally, you know how to translate customer needs into user stories;
  • You have good listening and comprehension skills, and good analytical and synthesis abilities;
  • You are curious and proactive;
  • You have an aptitude for technology and basic knowledge of subjects such as API, web development, or e-commerce platforms;
  • Ideally, you are familiar with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban);
  • You have a good level of English, allowing you to easily communicate with your non-French-speaking peers within a highly international team. Indeed, many exchanges and content to be produced will be in English.
