The Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Data team plays a vital role in advancing Autodesk’s data vision. We are building an open and extensible platform that connects customer teams in their tools of choice, shaping how the built world evolves through data. In joining our team, you will create and deliver a future-focused roadmap and vision for our platform capabilities.
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Product Manager (PM) who can help deliver value to customers and drive Autodesk’s mission forward. As a PM, you will define and advance key aspects of the product vision and roadmap. You will work closely with product managers, product owners, technical delivery teams, peer organizations, and—most importantly—our customers.
In this pivotal role, you are responsible for owning the product roadmap and shaping the product backlog with a balanced combination of business acumen and technical expertise. You ensure that strategic outcomes are clearly defined and reflected in the work of delivery teams. You develop and maintain clear plans to support these objectives, and communicate them effectively to peer teams and organizational leadership.
You prioritize capabilities using objective data and coordinate outcomes through regular engagement with product management peers across partner organizations. You also maintain consistent communication with organizational leadership to align on goals and progress. Your approach is characterized by an innovative and proactive mindset. Through this, you ensure solutions are designed for scalability, founded on trust and reliability, and prioritized to balance both urgency and importance.
The role of a PM at Autodesk is invigorating and multifaceted, as are the rewards realized when seeing the positive impact our work has on Autodesk’s customers and the broader AEC industry. You lead initiatives with curiosity, creativity, and empathy, backed by a rigorous appreciation for Autodesk’s OneOrbit culture. You’ll showcase conviction for how and why to deliver value, possess the ability to offer clarity that bolsters technical alignment on outcomes, and exude passion for building customer-centric solutions. You will report to the Director of Product Management for AEC Data, focused on Authoring Data & Insights.
