Autodesk Customer Success is seeking highly motivated trusted advisors to help customers optimize product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes. This role requires a professional with Architectural, Civil, and Construction Engineering experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments. The Senior Technical Adoption Specialist will work closely with existing and future medium and large enterprise customers worldwide, joining the Technical Account Management group to maximize customer success and return on investment through professional and customized product services.
Must have:
  • Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers
  • Build, maintain, and deliver packaged service offerings
  • Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption
  • Deliver digital content via webinars
  • Develop and update digital content
  • Advanced knowledge of Architectural, Construction, and Engineering industry workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Civil, or Construction engineering
  • Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • 5-6 years Civil & Construction or related field experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong communicator in English, Spanish, and Italian

Position Overview

Autodesk Customer Success is looking for highly motivated trusted advisors to help our customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.

We are looking for a professional from Architectural, Civil and Construction Engineering experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments. This person will work closely with existing and future medium and large enterprise customers worldwide.

You will join the Technical Account Management group within the Customer Technical Success team as part of our 1000+ person Customer Success organization – a team that values professional development and rewards high performance.

Technical Account Management group is responsible for maximizing the success of and return on investment for our strategic customers. We do this by delivering professional and customized product services that help our customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology
  • Build, maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption
  • Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk Solutions
  • Deliver digital content via 1:Many webinars for end users to drive successful adoption of Autodesk solutions
  • Develop and update digital content adhering to the CTS standards of quality and consistency, that solves specific customer challenges

Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of Architectural, Construction and Engineering industry needs and workflows
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Civil or Construction engineering
  • Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud in a production Environment
  • Additional knowledge of Autodesk Platform Solutions, Dynamo, Generative design and Take-off
  • 5 – 6 years Civil & Construction or related field experience
  • Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience
  • Strong communicator in English, Spanish and Italian and able to build relationship at all levels
  • Team player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility team
