As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing product enhancements, managing the roadmap, requirements, and backlog prioritization. You will collaborate closely with agile development and UX/UI teams to ensure data-driven and user-centric product development. Your role involves steering product requirements and playing a key part in planning, executing, and monitoring product initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You will continuously analyze market trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new product ideas and maintain transparency with stakeholders through clear communication of progress.
Must have:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a digital environment
- Strong analytical and methodological skills for user needs and solutioning
- Entrepreneurial mindset with decisions aligned with business goals and user value
- Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction
- Fluent German and fluent English

- du sorgst für Transparenz gegenüber Stakeholdern und kommunizierst Fortschritte klar und strukturiert

- du hast fundierte Erfahrungen als Product Manager im digitalen Umfeld
- du verbindest ein hohes inhaltliches Interesse mit einem analytischen und methodisch sicheren Blick auf Nutzerbedürfnisse, Lösungsfindung und Umsetzung
- du denkst unternehmerisch und triffst Entscheidungen entlang von Business-Zielen und Nutzerwert
- analytisches Denken und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
- du kennst dich mit agilen Methoden und der Arbeit in crossfunktionalen Teams aus
- in der Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern überzeugst du durch klare Kommunikation, Verhandlungsgeschick und Fingerspitzengefühl
- du hast verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
