As Manager Strategic Partnerships, you will shape the strategic development and maintenance of long-term B2B partnerships in the AdTech and SaaS areas. You will identify new business potential, lead negotiations, and develop scalable partnerships that create real added value together with internal and external stakeholders.

What you will move with us:
- you build and further develop strategic partnerships in the B2B environment – with a focus on AdTech and SaaS solutions
- responsible for revenue targets, forecasts, and budget planning to ensure economic success
- manage the entire partner selection process including pitches, evaluation, and contract negotiations
- as the central contact person for external partners, you ensure smooth operational cooperation and confidently resolve challenges
- develop business cases and derive strategic recommendations for management
- you analyze performance data, identify optimization potential, and develop scalable growth strategies
- work cross-functionally with teams from Product, Privacy, Analytics, and Legal to maximize partner success
What you bring:
- you have at least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships or Account Management – ideally in an AdTech or SaaS environment
- your experience in building and managing strategic partnerships is particularly evident in their contract drafting and negotiation
- you think entrepreneurially and make decisions based on data and facts
- with empathy and clarity, you work at eye level with stakeholders and teams across all levels
- you have very good German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
