Job Description
Ringier Axel Springer Polska is seeking a Project Specialist to coordinate special Content Marketing projects from offer preparation to project closure. The role involves developing clear project goals, managing time, costs, scope, and quality, preparing offers and sales presentations, and participating in client negotiations. The specialist will also create new non-standard solutions for the Lifestyle area and proactively cooperate with other departments. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in the internet and media market, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in English, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Excellent knowledge of Power Point and Excel.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of special projects in the Content Marketing area at all stages of creation – from offer preparation to project execution and closure in the form of project settlement, summary, and case study.
- Developing clear and achievable project goals, managing time, costs, scope, and quality.
- Preparing offers and sales presentations.
- Participation in business arrangements and negotiations with clients.
- Creating new non-standard solutions in the Lifestyle area of Ringier Axel Springer Polska, mainly considering services: Onet Kobieta, Onet Kultura, Onet Podróże, Medonet, Ofeminin, Noizz, Plejada, and Sympatia.
- Proactive cooperation with other departments in the company.
Our expectations:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the internet and media market industry (experience in the Lifestyle area is welcome).
- Knowledge of the internet and media market and knowledge of key performance indicators.
- Very good work organization (ability to plan, prioritize, punctuality, accuracy).
- Independence and responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure.
- Ability to work in a team, actively take initiatives, communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of Power Point and Excel programs.
- English language proficiency enabling the preparation of offers and fluent business communication.
