Job Description

We are hiring an Executive to directly support Account Managers in daily campaign operations. Responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating deliverables, QA of creatives/tracking, note-taking, task follow-ups, CRM updates, and supporting presentations and basic performance analysis. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and liaising with partners under supervision, ensuring organization, deadlines, and quality. Key tasks also involve responding to advertiser queries, monitoring program portfolios for opportunities, delivering scalable solutions for publishers, enhancing customer satisfaction, advising new advertisers, and designing scalable processes for new programs.
Must Have:
  • Provide direct support to Account Managers in day-to-day campaign operations

  • Be able to deliver scalable solutions to sell publishers opportunities for a multi-industry advertiser portfolio
  • Deliver multiple actions plan to maintain/enhance our customer satisfaction score
  • Advice and train naive advertiser for their first experience in affiliate marketing
  • Design scalable processes to support new programs in the ramp up phase and keep being a knowledge expert sharing with them
  • General understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce
  • Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using AI to optimize workflows and tasks
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organization and willingness to learn
  • English (B2+)

Purpose of Position

We’re hiring an Executive to provide direct support to our Account Managers in day-to-day campaign operations. You’ll focus on preparing reports/dashboards, coordinating deliverables, QA of creatives/tracking, note-taking and task follow-ups, keeping the CRM up to date, and supporting presentations and basic performance analysis. You’ll work cross-functionally and, when needed, liaise with partners under the supervision of the responsible AM—ensuring organization, deadlines, and quality.

Key Tasks

  • Respond to advertisers queries being solution-oriented and taking an efficient approach to issues.
  • Monitor a large program portfolio to proactively deploy new opportunities and/or optimizations
  • Be able to deliver scalable solutions to sell publishers opportunities for a multi-industry advertiser portfolio.

Skills & Expertise

  • 1-2 years in digital marketing/operations.
  • Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using AI to optimize workflows and tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organization and willingness to learn.
  • English (B2+).
