Caramel Tech Studios is seeking a disciplined Product Manager to oversee the development and live operations of a mobile game, from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the product's strategic vision and business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of game psychology, the ability to identify features and themes that boost user engagement, and proficiency in analyzing user data to refine game mechanics and models. Collaboration and leadership with engineering and design teams are crucial.

Caramel Tech Studios is a fast growing game development studio. We are looking for a sharp and disciplined Product Manager who will own and manage a mobile game, taking it from concept through to live operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own product development, strategic vision and business ops for new or an existing game
- Become the authority in the psychology of games
- Build a comprehensive understanding of what features and themes increase user engagement
- Provide insight on game mechanics and improve hypotheses/models by mining user data
- Coordinate and inspire engineering and design teams - and LOVE it!
