This hybrid role in Malvern, PA, involves owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with developers, and serving as a primary contact for carrier integration partners. You will develop detailed product requirements, prioritize work, and monitor product performance, directly impacting business growth and strategic priorities in digital wholesale insurance.
Must have:
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features, API integrations, and platform improvements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for carrier integration partners and technical vendors
  • Collaborate with developers to implement features and resolve bugs
  • Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and documentation for internal and external use
  • Prioritize work and maintain clear visibility into timelines and dependencies
  • Monitor product performance, user adoption, and operational impact
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with software development concepts and APIs
  • Comfortable working with data
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good to have:
  • Consulting, Banking, and/or insurance industry experience
  • Experience with SQL and database tools
  • Demonstrable track record in a product management or product operations role in a tech-enabled professional services environment

Job Details

We are seeking a talented individual to join our ProWriters team at Victor. This role will be based in Malvern, PA and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

As a Product Manager, you will lead critical initiatives for Digital IQ, ProWriters’ proprietary insurance platform. This is a role ideal for a professional looking to take on greater ownership and responsibility. A high performer in this position will have a direct impact on business growth and help drive strategic priorities across the organization. We will count on you to:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features, API integrations, and platform improvements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for carrier integration partners and technical vendors

What you need to have:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with software development concepts and APIs (not a coding role, but tech fluency is required)
  • Comfortable working with data; Highly proficient in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
