Are you an experienced Product Manager looking to be part of a global leader in People Science and Technology? If so, SHL is the place for you! In the role of Product Manager at SHL, you will work closely with your agile team to manage the product road map and work with cross-functional teams to enhance your products. You will work on people insight products and guide the development and evolution of cutting-edge talent assessment products to help global companies attract, recruit, develop and retain outstanding talent.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop product sketches and user journeys as part of product discovery.
• Assist the creation of product roadmap based on target market understanding.
• Ensure that cross-functional teams are delivering coherent and valuable feature sets.
• Provide business analysis, create, and maintain standard product documentation.
• Leverage techniques such as personas, stakeholder maps, customer journey maps, customer lifecycle maps, and user story mapping to develop and refine new product concepts.
• Utilize stakeholder and market feedback to scope, design and launch products.
  
  

What we are looking for from you:

Essential

• Relevant experience in agile methodology and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Product Management experience
  
  

Desirable

• Experience working with AI power software features and B2B SaaS applications
• HR market experience (talent acquisition, training & language, technology or psychometric assessments, etc.)
• Able to transform complex information into compelling product features.
