  • Partner with UX, engineering, and analytics teams to design and validate solutions that meet user needs.
  • Measure and analyze product adoption, impact, and performance to inform future iterations.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate Salesforce release cycles across internal and external systems.
  • Ensure smooth deployments by working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain release documentation, including rollout plans, risk assessments, and rollback procedures.
  • Monitor post-release performance, quickly identify issues, and drive resolution.
  • Advocate for best practices in release management, change control, and communication.
  • Support enablement and training for internal teams to maximize adoption and value realization.

About the Role:

As a Product Manager – Release Focus, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Salesforce commercial systems within the Estimation and Cost Management experience. You will partner with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that new features are thoughtfully designed, delivered reliably, and adopted effectively.

This role blends product ownership with release management, giving you the opportunity to shape solutions that drive measurable business impact while ensuring smooth, predictable deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

  • Define and prioritize the roadmap for Estimation and Cost Management experiences in alignment with business objectives.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to drive product strategy.
  • Partner with UX, engineering, and analytics teams to design and validate solutions that meet user needs.
  • Measure and analyze product adoption, impact, and performance to inform future iterations.

Release Management:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate Salesforce release cycles across internal and external systems.
  • Ensure smooth deployments by working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain release documentation, including rollout plans, risk assessments, and rollback procedures.
  • Monitor post-release performance, quickly identify issues, and drive resolution.
  • Advocate for best practices in release management, change control, and communication.
  • Support enablement and training for internal teams to maximize adoption and value realization.

What You’ll Achieve:

  • Reliable Releases: Deliver Salesforce releases on schedule, maintaining high quality and accuracy.
  • Strategic Product Impact: Drive product decisions that improve estimation accuracy, business ROI, and user experience.
  • Seamless Integration: Ensure deployments are coordinated across teams and systems for a connected experience.
  • Customer & Internal Trust: Maintain system integrity, reduce errors, and support accurate estimation and reporting.
  • Efficient Adoption: Empower teams to adopt new features quickly and confidently.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, release management, or a hybrid role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/enterprise systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with release management tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive in identifying and mitigating risks, and able to balance strategic vision with execution.
  • Collaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams.
