Job Summary
As a Product Manager for Food Merchant Experience at Gojek, you will be responsible for crafting the product's vision, setting strategic objectives, and overseeing its realization to optimize the merchant experience. This role involves extensive collaboration across departments, including liaising with business and sales teams and coordinating with other product teams within Gojek. You will deliver products and features with precision, gather requirements, create wireframes, and demo them. A key aspect is conceptualizing adaptable solutions and providing clarity to the product development group and stakeholders regarding feature requirements, impact, and go-to-market strategies. You will also analyze feature adoption and impact using data to make improvements and solve merchant pain points, while building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and translate their goals into reality.
Must Have
- 3-4 years of product management experience

Job Description
What You Will Do
- Deliver. You do more than talk - you put things on paper, get your hands dirty, and execute with precision make sure products and features are launched
- Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and demo them early and often
- Understand that “one size doesn’t fit all” and conceptualize solutions that are configurable and adaptable to the maximum extent possible
- Giving clarity to the product development group and stakeholders on the requirement and the impact of each feature as well as the go to market strategy to ensure adoption of the features.
- Using data to analyze each feature's adoption and impact, while making improvements on the features to solve merchants' pain points.
- Develop strong relationships across stakeholders to understand their goals and priorities.
- Work with these stakeholders to help them convert these goals into reality.
- Define, prioritize and plan the product features that will need to be implemented, through alignment with all stakeholders.
What You Will Need
- Min of 3-4 years of experience in product management experience
- Critical and analytical thinking ability
- Experience working on Objectives and Key results model of goal setting
- Data-oriented with excellent analytical skills; Able to dig into data to discover nuances, and define & measure success on every project
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills focused on improving collaboration, understanding & information exchange across all stakeholders
- Able to work with agile product development teams and identify new ways to help your team be effective.
- Experience of working with distributed teams is desired
- Fluent in written and verbal English
