Kokotree is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to build out their narrative and marketing strategy and execute all marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy from scratch, identifying long-term opportunities based on research and analysis, building and executing a roadmap against the vision, conducting user research, defining customer personas, developing value proposition frameworks, designing, kicking off, managing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and creating collateral and marketing creatives for all marketing initiatives.
Must Have:- 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing and running ad campaigns on various channels
- Experience building a startup marketing strategy from scratch
- Experience working cross-functionally with other business units and product and engineering teams to deliver world-class products
- Strong verbal skills and writing ability
- Empathy for parents: understanding parents' needs for their preschool and kindergarten-age children. The ability to communicate to them how Kokotree differentiates and how Kokotree can help them learn
