Job Description
As a Product Owner at Inwave Studio, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, building the product roadmap, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with the development team to deliver high-quality games. You will analyze user behavior and market trends to make data-driven decisions and propose new game projects. You will also work closely with leadership to advise on improvements and market trends. This role requires a strong understanding of the gaming industry, agile methodologies (Scrum), and excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in international markets is a plus.

Xây dựng tầm nhìn của sản phẩm và đảm bảo toàn bộ scrum team đều hiểu rõ tầm nhìn này
Xây dựng lộ trình sản phẩm và kế hoạch phát hành, quản lý và giải quyết các vấn đề tồn đọng liên quan đến sản phẩm
Liệt kê các tính năng mong muốn của sản phẩm vào Product Backlog
Đảm bảo Product backlog luôn được minh bạch và rõ ràng với tất cả mọi người
Cộng tác hiệu quả với các thành viên trong team sản phẩm Đưa đầy đủ thông tin đến Nhóm Phát triển giúp nhóm hiểu rõ các hạng mục của Product Backlog mà họ triển khai. Phân công, giao việc và quản lý đầu ra công việc của các vị trí art/dev/GD, có thể thông qua Leader chuyên môn (nếu có)
Thu thập và phân các chỉ số, hành vi người dùng trong trò chơi, chỉ số marketing từ đó đưa ra các quyết định để nâng cấp sản phẩm hoặc đề xuất các dự án trò chơi mới.
Tư vấn, tham mưu cho BLĐ công ty về ý tưởng cải tiến, các xu hướng và tình hình thị trưởng
Liên tục cập nhật xu hướng, xu thế của thị trường cũng như sự biến động của ngành công nghiệp.
Yêu cầu công việc
Nắm bắt xu thế game trên thế giới, có tầm nhìn, định hướng được dòng sản phẩm theo thị trường
Trên 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại một trong những lĩnh vực game/IT/Ecomerce Product
Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc và phát triển sản phẩm thị trường quốc tế
Trên 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với vai trò quản lý team
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kiến thức về quy trình và nguyên tắc Agile/Scrum
Yêu thích game nói chung và game moblie nói riêng.
Thành thạo Kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý thời gian, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề
