Inwave Studio is seeking a User Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities include researching and surveying the market on Google Play and the App Store; evaluating the revenue potential of advertising channels and partners; optimizing content and performance metrics of digital campaigns; testing, measuring, evaluating, and implementing new ideas; collaborating with production and support teams to develop marketing strategies and materials; creating performance reports and suggesting improvements to advertising campaigns; ideating, executing, and optimizing UA campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Applovin, Ironsource, Unity Ads, and Apple Search Ads; actively working with advertising partners; exploring and researching other game marketing channels. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in a similar role, a data-driven mindset, strong independent work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive, self-learning attitude.
