The Toulouse site is responsible for satellite systems engineering, the design and production of payloads, as well as the development and qualification of ground segments. It integrates a research center and an industrial accelerator for start-ups and ventures.
As part of the development of a Constellation program, Thales Alenia Space is positioning itself as a key player in defining, designing, and integrating the software infrastructures associated with the payload of this new European constellation. This ambitious project aims to offer innovative and resilient connectivity solutions, meeting the growing needs for sovereignty, security, and performance for governmental and commercial uses.
In this international and highly innovative environment, we are looking for a Product Owner to drive the evolution of the payload's software infrastructure within multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with our industrial and institutional partners.
Are you an engineer or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in the space sector or in a complex industrial environment?
Do you have worked on embedded systems or satellite communication projects?
Do you have already held a role as Product Owner, Project Manager or Technical Manager, with the management of high-value technical products?
Do you have a mastery of Agile development processes and experience within multidisciplinary and international teams?
Have you contributed to satellite payload, critical infrastructure, or telecommunications systems projects?
Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and the talent to unite and lead teams in a complex and matrix environment?
Do you have a strong capacity for analysis, synthesis, and problem-solving, combined with a great sense of organization and priorities?
Do you have the reactivity, perseverance, and autonomy necessary to make informed decisions?
Do you have clear communication, written and oral, capable of simplifying technical issues?
Do you have mastery of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe…) and backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence or equivalent)?
