Within the Tactical Vehicles and Systems activity, the La Ferté Saint Aubin site specializes in the production of land and airborne weapon systems. The Supply Chain department is challenged to optimize its supply, internal logistics, and delivery flows. As an apprentice, you will be trained as a Supply Chain Engineer, contributing to large-scale national and international projects within an innovative and dynamic environment, benefiting from personalized career support.
Must have:
  • Pilot supply chain improvement projects (Robot reception, Power BI, Kanban, problem solving)
  • Implement performance indicators
  • Contribute to transformation plans
  • Analyze ERP data
  • Preparing a Bac+5 degree in supply chain, production, or logistics
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain, Lean management, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite

Your daily life

Within the Tactical Vehicles and Systems activity, the La Ferté Saint Aubin site specializes in the production of land and airborne weapon systems (mortars, ammunition, rockets, etc.), force protection systems, and zone control. With its 450 employees, engineers, technicians, and specialized workers, the La Ferté Saint Aubin site ensures research and development, production, testing, as well as all the "support" functions necessary for the design of high-performance systems essential to the success of operational missions. Thales has formed, with the German defense group DIEHL, a Joint-Venture "JUNGHANS T2M" which has 165 employees, allowing the two companies to combine their electronic and precision mechanics skills and thus become one of the world leaders in the field of ammunition fuses. This Joint-Venture is also present on the La Ferté Saint Aubin site.

In a context of major challenges related to the ramp-up of production, the Supply Chain department is challenged to optimize its supply, internal logistics, and delivery flows.

As an apprentice, you will be trained in the Supply Chain Engineer profession and will evolve on the following missions:

  • Lead supply chain improvement projects (Reception Robot, Power BI, Kanban, problem solving, etc.)
  • Implement performance indicators
  • Contribute to transformation plans
  • Analyze ERP data

Your profile

Are you from a specialized background in industrial engineering or logistics management?

Do you have the ambition to leverage your academic knowledge in an industrial environment and develop your skills?

Are you preparing a Bac+5 degree with a focus on supply chain, production, or logistics over 2 or 3 years?

Do you have knowledge in:

  • Supply Chain
  • Lean management
  • SAP
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Are adaptability, analytical mind, and communication recognized as your strengths?
