Responsibilities:
1. Achieving Sales/MP Target:
—Responsible for category business goal achievement ( sales and P&L etc.)
2. Product business planning:
—Responsible for product business planning basing on logical market and share assumption, and dealer PSI analysis and market inventory management.
3. Business Data Analysis:
—Responsible for Market & competition & company sales data analysis for further planning.
4. Implementation of Product Marketing Strategy of responsible product category :
—Execute Product Marketing Strategy and Business Plan Including: Price / Promotion / Product Position / Channel Expansion plan and assist to manage Product Life Cycle process.
5. Business Development:
—Study the products' potential user scenario, deliver the new solution proposal and introduce to the customers, including both B2B and B2C possibility.
6. Smooth communication with Tokyo Business Group:
—Feedback and work with the business group to find the solution to answer the customer needs.
—Align the business plan and the progress with the business group.
Requirements:
— Good Project Management Skill;
— Good Negotation Skill;
— Good learning ability,good presentation,interpersonal, organizing and communication skills;
— Qualified team player;
— Strong market sense;
— Good command of data analysis;
— Good command of both verbal and written English & Chinese;
— Strong market sense;
— logical thinking.
