Job Description
- Collaborate with recruitment specialists on tech and non-tech vacancies.
- Actively search for qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and social networks.
- Communicate with candidates via cold emails and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and expand the candidate database.
- Possess 2+ years of experience as an IT Researcher/Sourcer in a product company.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
- Have knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, and online channels.
- Experience in market research and salary range analysis.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills.
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and sociability.
- No bureaucracy

- Working closely with recruitment specialists on different vacancies (tech, non-tech);
- Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks;
- Communication with candidates (cold emails, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Searching for new contacts and maintaining the Database.
ABOUT YOU:
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Researcher/Sourcer in Product Company;
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
- Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels;
- Experience in Market Research and analysis, exploring the salary ranges;
- At least an Intermediate level of English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and sociability.
