Job Summary

Valeo Czechowice eAutomotive is seeking a Product Technical Leader to design and lead cutting-edge eDrive solutions. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, developing technical specifications, and leading projects from concept to serial production. The leader will represent R&D in customer interactions, provide technical guidance, resolve challenges, and oversee product testing. The position requires a technical background in engineering or project management, experience in eDrive solutions, and fluency in English, working in a dynamic, international environment focused on greener and more secured mobility.

Must Have

Prepare technical RFQ responses by analyzing customer specifications and defining product requirements
Lead projects from concept to serial production, monitoring timelines, budgets, and milestones
Represent R&D in customer interactions, serving as the primary technical liaison
Assign tasks, provide technical guidance to team members, and evaluate technical designs and specifications
Resolve technical challenges by analyzing data, consulting with subject matter experts, and addressing urgent issues
Define and oversee product testing, analyze results, and propose optimizations or changes
Review and approve technical documentation, including system requirements, test plans, and compliance reports
Conduct risk analysis (D-FMEA/DRBFM) and resolve production challenges

What We Expect:

Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Project Management.
Experience in designing or leading eDrive solutions or similar technical projects.
Ability to analyze customer requirements and develop technical specifications.
Proficiency in technical drawing and automotive standards (ASPICE/ASIL is a plus).
Strong mechanical background or knowledge of hardware/software product development and basic system engineering
Fluency in English
Strong teamwork skills and resilience in a dynamic, international environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

Represent R&D in customer interactions, serving as the primary technical liaison and meeting with internal stakeholders to align project objectives.
Assign tasks, provide technical guidance to team members, and evaluate technical designs and specifications to ensure quality and compliance.
Resolve technical challenges by analyzing data, consulting with subject matter experts, and addressing urgent issues (e.g., design flaws, production delays, or quality concerns) through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Define and oversee product testing, analyze results, and propose optimizations or changes to enhance performance.
Review and approve technical documentation, including system requirements, test plans, and compliance reports, to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
Conduct risk analysis (D-FMEA/DRBFM) and resolve production challenges to maintain project progress and product quality.
