Brave pictures Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brave group Inc., established in February 2024. Under the purpose of "Bringing Japanese adventurous spirit to the world" and the mission of "Striking the hearts of 8 billion people," we are developing an animation production business.

As an animation production manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall schedule of animation production processes and coordinating with various departments. You will be able to participate in the production of high-quality animation works with talented creators at a newly established animation studio.

Collection and management of key animation
Liaison and coordination with each section (direction, drawing, coloring, photography, etc.)
Participation in production meetings and aggregation of feedback

Employment Type
Full-time employee
Contract Period
Probationary period: 3 months
*During the probationary period, you will be a contract employee. There will be no change in conditions during this period.
*Depending on the selection results, you may be hired as a contract employee.
Salary
Monthly salary 257,000 JPY to 400,000 JPY
*Includes deemed overtime pay for 45 hours per month (65,776 JPY to 102,176 JPY).
*Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
*Determined according to company regulations, considering experience and ability.
Working Hours
Flextime system (core time 13:00-17:00)
Holidays
●Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
●120 annual holidays
●If events fall on Saturdays or Sundays, attendance on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will occur.
●In such cases, compensatory leave must be applied for and taken by the following month.
●Summer vacation
●Year-end and New Year holidays
●Special leave system upon joining the company
