You will primarily be responsible for the merchandise design of IP content developed by our group. This is a crucial position that creates various items that reach fans' hands with designs reflecting the IP's worldview. Additionally, you will be involved in creating creative materials for promotions and events.
- Merchandise design (packages, logos, illustrations, etc.)

You will be assigned to the Production Department within the Corporate Growth Division.
Experienced supervisors are available, providing an environment where you can improve your skills through design consultations and feedback. As you will be involved with various IPs across the entire group, you can gain a wide range of design experience.
As a graphic designer, you can deepen your expertise and aim for career advancement to an Art Director, overseeing branding for the entire group, or to a management position.
- Practical experience in commercial design production using Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Salary
Annual income 3.3 million JPY to 4.5 million JPY
Monthly salary: 280,000 JPY to 375,000 JPY
- The above monthly salary includes 45 hours of fixed overtime pay (71,556 JPY to 95,872 JPY).
- Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
- Salary will be determined based on experience and ability, according to company regulations.
