About the Studio Department

The Studio Department, to which this position belongs, is responsible for all production, including models, stages, and direction, for 3D LIVE events held by our group's IP businesses such as "Vspo!" and "RIOT MUSIC". During offline events, we also handle the setup of on-site streaming environments.

The Studio Department is divided into teams for character modeling, stage production, technology development, and motion capture studio management/operation, but everyone works as one team to create a single event.

In addition to our group's IP businesses, we also undertake production work for companies with whom we have business alliances.

Background of Recruitment

With the expansion of our group's existing IPs and the creation of new IP-centric businesses, we are recruiting a new production management specialist to further improve the quality of online/offline events and video content.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the progress of event operations at our motion capture and streaming/recording studios, as well as external facilities (live venues, etc.), in collaboration with the event operation team and IP operation department.

Job Overview

You will be responsible for the following tasks related to video and online/offline events:

• Progress management for online streaming events and video recording work
• Progress management for offline events (live performances)
• Schedule creation and effort management
• External relations and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Information sharing with external creators
• Quality control and staff assignment adjustment for online/offline events, etc.

Salary

Annual salary 3,552,000 JPY to 6,000,000 JPY

Monthly salary 296,000 JPY to 500,000 JPY

• Includes deemed overtime pay for 45 hours per month (75,748 JPY to 127,720 JPY).
• Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
• Determined according to our company regulations, considering experience and ability.
