Job Summary
The Production Operations Manager at Filevine will lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of transcript deliverable production for Depositions by Filevine. This role involves directly managing a team of 9 to 14 members responsible for all pre-production, post-production, quality control, and delivery workflows that support certified transcript creation across all US timezones. The manager will refine production processes, drive accuracy and timeliness, manage capacity and resources, and partner cross-functionally to ensure every certified transcript meets high standards of quality, consistency, and reliability.
Must Have
- Oversee pre-production and post-production workflows for certified transcripts.
- Ensure accurate processing of rough drafts, exhibits, errata, and pre-production tasks.
- Manage post-production tasks including formatting, exhibit packaging, certificate creation, and delivery.
- Monitor deliverable quality, resolve issues, and partner with Product & Transcription Ops.
- Manage, coach, and develop Production Operations team members.
- Set goals, provide feedback, and maintain a culture of accountability.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Forecast workload and plan capacity for scaling production.
- Improve processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and throughput.
- Support automation and system improvements in partnership with internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on product updates and workflow enhancements.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, production management, or related roles.
- Prior people-management experience with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
- Strong operational acumen with success in process improvement, workflow optimization, or quality management.
- Comfortable navigating deadlines, multitasking, and high-volume environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Suite, Excel, Notion, Slack, and similar systems.
- Adaptability suited to a dynamic, evolving product and operational ecosystem.

The Role:
The Production Operations Manager leads the end-to-end strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of transcript deliverable production for Depositions by Filevine. You will directly manage a team of 9 to 14 Production Operations team members responsible for all pre-production, post-production, quality control, and delivery workflows that support certified transcript creation across all US timezones.
You’ll refine production processes, drive accuracy and timeliness, manage capacity and resources, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Transcription Operations, and other internal teams. Your work ensures every certified transcript meets our standards of quality, consistency, and reliability.
What You'll Do - Production Operations Ownership
- Oversee all pre-production and post-production workflows that support certified transcripts.
- Ensure accurate processing of rough drafts, exhibits, errata, and other pre-production tasks.
- Manage post-production tasks including formatting, exhibit packaging, certificate creation, and delivery.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in operations, production management, or related roles—ideally within a fast-paced or high-throughput environment.
- Prior people-management experience with a track record of coaching, developing, and scaling operational teams.
- Strong operational acumen with demonstrated success in process improvement, workflow optimization, or quality management.
- Comfortable navigating deadlines, multitasking, and high-volume environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Suite, Excel, Notion, Slack, and similar systems.
- Adaptability suited to a dynamic, evolving product and operational ecosystem.
Compensation Information: $125,000 - $145,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevine’s total compensation package for employees. This position is also eligible for a paid time off policy, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
