Job Description

Valeo is seeking a Production Planner (m/f/d) for its Bietigheim location. The role involves planning and implementing new assembly processes, optimizing processes for wiper arm painting, developing assembly concepts, and conducting feasibility and profitability analyses. The successful candidate will manage projects from planning to implementation, evaluate and optimize existing assembly processes, and collaborate actively with other Valeo sites to enhance productivity and quality.

Good To Have:

Ideally experience in the automotive sector
Preferably SolidWorks

Must Have:

Planning and implementation of new assembly processes considering efficiency, quality, and safety
Process development and optimization for wiper arm painting
Development of assembly concepts
Preparation of manufacturability assessments and profitability analyses
Project management from planning to implementation and documentation of results
Evaluation and optimization of existing assembly processes to increase productivity and quality
Active exchange and cooperation with other Valeo locations

This is how you inspire us:

Completed engineering degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on automation technology or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in painting technology, assembly and automation technology, ideally in the automotive sector
Sound experience in project management
Design knowledge in plant construction
Design for Assembly Mindset
Proficient in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
Target group-oriented communication skills in German and English
Goal-oriented, structured way of working with assertiveness
Willingness to travel, also internationally
