Job Description

As a Program Manager, you will manage commercial programs and projects for the Wizards Play Network, ensuring they are executed flawlessly and deliver outstanding results. You'll collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to drive project completion, address dependencies, and make crucial business input to support decision-making. You will be responsible for informing key business collaborators of progress, challenges, and solutions while consistently problem-solving to maintain momentum. This is a temporary assignment through an external staffing agency.
Must have:
  • Proven experience in project management within commercial programs.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams.
  • An attitude geared towards achieving results and implementing projects.
  • Ability to work strictly according to timelines and deliverables.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with the Wizards Play Network or similar programs.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the execution of commercial programs and projects for the Wizards Play Network, ensuring flawless delivery and outstanding results.
  • Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to drive the completion of projects, addressing any dependencies and determining the best path forward.
  • Provide crucial business input and requirements in meetings to support decision-making processes and guide the teams successfully.
  • Keep key business collaborators informed of progress, challenges, and solutions while consistently problem-solving to maintain momentum.

  • Proven experience in project management, specifically within commercial programs.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Ability to work strictly according to timelines and deliverables, ensuring world-class outcomes.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with the Wizards Play Network or similar community-focused programs.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).

Additional Details:

Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Eastridge as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards.

  • Duration: 12 months

 

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the hourly pay range for this role. The hourly range for this position is $43/hour to $57/hour. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions.

The hourly rate for this position is $43.00 to $57.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
