Must Have:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Assist in the development of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Monitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and team members during all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Identify and resolve issues, risks, and bottlenecks that may impact timelines or quality
  • Support cross-functional teams by facilitating meetings and ensuring task follow-through
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project support role
  • Solid understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
