Job Description
This role focuses on bringing programmatic discipline to the management of complex systems, administering communications and beaconing solutions, and managing cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating systems, managing technical programs, and navigating system assessment and authorization (A&A) processes. Responsibilities include handling sensitive data with discretion, customizing, deploying, and maintaining Android cellular telephones, and using ATAK beaconing and tracking hardware/software. Additionally, experience managing telephones, laptops, and tablets for configuration and maintenance is required, along with expertise in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, switches, routers, and other WAN/LAN systems. Proficiency with encryption hardware/software and VPN applications is essential, as is gathering and vetting new technical requirements, identifying constraints for technical solutions, and providing technical leadership. The role also involves executing regulatory and data retention policies and cross-skilling with teammates.

- Demonstrated experience configuring, setting up, monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting and running firewalls, switches, routers, or other WAN and LAN systems or equipment.
- Demonstrated experience using encryption hardware and software and virtual private network (VPN) applications.
- Demonstrated experience gathering and vetting new technical requirements.
- Demonstrated experience identifying requirements and constraints pertaining to technical capabilities and solutions in support of training and educational exercises.
- Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership.
