Thales CDI – Cyber-Security Products (CSP) Business Line is in search of an iOS Mobile Project Leader for our successful mobile IAM products. Our products offer a simplified solution for identity providers to manage and access their digital identities whilst providing a secure authentication experience. This sophisticated solution involves multiple web services and clients, offering a single platform that provides, easy-to-integrate services with security at the forefront.
Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery roadmap, sprint planning, execution, and release cadence for the mobile team.
- Manage technical scope, architecture design, implementation, and validation of mobile application and SDKs within the project team structure in accordance with institutionalized processes and delivery standards.
- Drive cross-functional alignment of product with various key stakeholders in the product development lifecycle.
- Serve as the Scrum Master and delivery lead; managing the scrum team and facilitating the necessary ceremonies.
- Maintain a clear visibility of target deliverables.
- Participate in the design and development of mobile SDKs
- Drive an AI-first mindset in the team’s engineering practices to optimize and accelerate deliveries.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing technology platform/baseline and development methodology through prototyping and patent proposal.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Security/Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of mobile development in Android and/or iOS.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in mobile technologies in an agile environment as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Project/Program Manager, or similar.
- Proficiency in native C development is a plus
- Strong understanding of mobile stacks and workflows (iOS/Android native or cross‑platform, CI/CD, feature flags, crash/perf analytics).Experience in utilizing AI to existing workflows.
- Passion in adopting new AI technology to disrupt and accelerate existing tasks
- Knowledge of OO design and programming skills
- Knowledge of unit testing and test automation
- Hands on experience with GitLab/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in working with agile methodologies, i.e. Scrum
