Nasdaq Market Data is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager – Sr. Analyst to join its Product team. This role is crucial for supporting product managers in driving product development, maintaining policy governance, and establishing performance metrics across the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include structuring and tracking development goals, evolving market data policies, monitoring KPIs, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Must have:
  • Partner with product managers to structure and track product development goals and deliverables.
  • Maintain and evolve documentation and governance around market data policies.
  • Help to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the product development cycle.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Support planning, reporting, and execution of strategic initiatives within the Market Data domain.
  • Proven experience in project management or product operations, ideally within financial services or market data environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with metric tracking and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.

Currently, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager – Sr. Analyst to join our Market Data Product team. This role is pivotal in supporting product managers to drive product development initiatives, maintain policy governance, and establish performance metrics across the product lifecycle.

What You Will Do
