Job Summary
As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will support strategic and financial analyses to drive growth and enhance organizational value. This role requires an analytical, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, a passion for finance and strategic problem-solving, thriving in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Key responsibilities include supporting M&A deal processes, conducting financial modeling and due diligence, preparing investment memos, collaborating on integration plans, and analyzing market trends.
Must Have
- Support all aspects of the M&A deal process, including identifying, evaluating, and executing potential capital deployment opportunities and related integration efforts.
- Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and industry research to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement post-deal integration plans and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and support ad hoc corporate finance analyses and strategic projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
Good to Have
- Prior M&A transaction experience; buy-side experience a plus.
- Experience in capital markets, financial technology, or related industries.

The base pay range for this role is $75,000 – $120,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
