Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic advertising agency. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms. The Project Manager will serve as the primary contact between internal teams and clients, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress, identifying risks, facilitating status meetings, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with third-party partners, while championing best practices in project management.
Must have:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor progress and performance of all assigned projects, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure timely communication of project updates
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reports
  • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners when needed
  • Champion best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement
  • 6+ years experience in Project management within Creative or marketing companies
  • Ability to coordinate actions across a large multidisciplinary team, across multiple offices
  • Experience with Project management and Financials tools (Monday/PowerBI)

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.)

Qualifications

Essentials Skills and experience:

  • 6+ years experience in Project management within Creative or marketing companies
  • Ability to coordinate actions across a large multidisciplinary team, across multiple offices
  • Experience with Project management and Financials tools (Monday/PowerBI)
  • you are natural problem solver who doesn’t just spot a problem, but helps providing a smart solution
  • you are a team player, always ready to step in and support
  • You are truly passionate about making great work, but feels the responsibilities to help making the journey/process as enjoyable and worthy.
