Job Description

As a Senior Digital Account Manager SEM, you will independently manage national and international search engine marketing accounts. This role involves strategic consulting, operational management, and developing Paid Search strategies, including benchmarking and KPI control. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and controlling campaign budgets, analyzing performance, and providing actionable recommendations. The position requires close collaboration with internal specialists to deliver integrated digital campaigns and support full-funnel strategy expansion.
Must have:
  • Independently manage and consult clients in Paid Search (Google, Bing etc.)
  • Develop Paid Search strategies, including benchmarking and KPI control
  • Plan, implement, optimize, and control campaign budgets
  • Analyze performance and derive recommendations for action
  • Create reports, presentations, and client trainings
  • Collaborate closely with internal specialists for integrated digital campaigns
  • Support the expansion of full-funnel strategies
  • At least 3 years of experience in Paid Search campaign planning, activation, and reporting
  • Profound understanding of SEM best practices, tools and market trends
  • Experience in benchmarking and developing data-driven strategies
  • Advanced knowledge in Full Funnel Search
  • Very good knowledge of KPIs and their control
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English

Overview

  • Development of Paid Search strategies including benchmarking and KPI control
