The Project Manager FLow 5 will be responsible for building and implementing action plans for improvement, duplication, capacity transfer, and cost optimization projects, ensuring QCD indicators are met with a multidisciplinary team.
Must have:
  • Build and implement action plans for improvement, duplication, capacity transfer, and manufacturing cost optimization projects.
  • Ensure compliance with project QCD indicators.
  • Lead projects with a multidisciplinary team (PE, ME, quality, method, purchasing, production, supply chain).
  • Draft and monitor calls for tenders for new projects.
  • Draft and monitor qualification files for all means according to group procedure.
  • Participate in establishing investment requests (AR).
  • Respect project development deadlines and client milestones.
  • Ensure budgetary monitoring of specific investments.
  • Support UAPs in implementing modifications.
  • Ensure internal and external communication (clients/clients/suppliers).
  • Participate in evaluating the factory's production capacities.
  • Ensure reporting and escalate critical points to the hierarchical manager.
  • Ensure monitoring of production means for the first 3 months.

Your role:

  • For improvement, duplication, capacity transfer, and manufacturing cost optimization projects, build and implement the action plan from investment validation until DMS + 3 months.
  • Ensure compliance with the project's QCD indicators and rely on a multidisciplinary team to successfully complete the project (PE, ME, quality, method, purchasing, production, supply chain, etc.).
  • Draft and monitor calls for tenders for new projects.
  • Draft and monitor qualification files for all means according to group procedure.
  • Participate in the establishment of investment requests (AR).

Your profile:

  • Bac+5 level (Engineering School or equivalent) or equivalent experience
  • Experience in industry and ideally assembly, plastics, and/or cutting processes
  • Knowledge of EOS APTIV procedures
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of ERP / AMDEC / 8D / NBR / Qlik Sense / F3X
  • Sense of organization and formalism
  • Analytical and synthetic mind
  • Ability for internal and external communication
  • Autonomy with a strong proposal
