Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and structured Project Manager to join our HR Project Management Office team. This role will be instrumental in planning, executing, and delivering complex HR projects that drive operational excellence and improve employee experience across the organization. You will partner closely with HR leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to manage project timelines, ensure stakeholder alignment, and track delivery of key milestones. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced and evolving HR environment.
Must have:
  • Lead HR projects from initiation to closure, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams, IT, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes using data, feedback, and operational insights.
  • Support or lead change management and communication plans related to HR initiatives.
  • Drive system-related projects such as HRIS enhancements.

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and structured Project Manager to join our HR Project Management Office team. This role will be instrumental in planning, executing, and delivering complex HR projects that drive operational excellence and improve employee experience across the organization.

You will partner closely with HR leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to manage project timelines, ensure stakeholder alignment, and track delivery of key milestones. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced and evolving HR environment.

What will you do?

  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead HR projects from initiation to closure, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global HR teams, IT, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Governance & Reporting: Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes using data, feedback, and operational insights.
  • Change Management: Support or lead change management and communication plans related to HR initiatives.
  • Tool & Vendor Implementation: Drive system-related projects such as HRIS enhancements.

What are we looking for?

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within HR, consulting, or operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Experience in HR-related projects (e.g., employee lifecycle, engagement, performance, systems).
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Target Process.
  • Change management certification or hands-on experience.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

Work mode

  • Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
  • This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.
