Join our team to work on World of Warships: Legends, a console and mobile naval MMO. This role involves strengthening the Publishing department's Social Media Management team, collaborating with Development and Publishing to ensure effective player communication, engaging content delivery, and vibrant community growth. You will plan, design, and implement content strategies, oversee visual asset production, manage daily posting, and analyze performance metrics to foster positive player relationships.
Good To Have:- Familiarity with content editing software (Adobe, Photoshop, Figma, or similar).
- Experience managing official brand social channels and developing creative content.
- Knowledge of scheduling and analytics tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Prior experience in community management and/or game development industry.
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with World of Warships: Legends or similar titles.
- Proficiency in German, French, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, or Traditional Chinese.
Must Have:- Plan, design, and implement content strategy aligned with marketing and community goals.
- Collaborate with 2D, video, and design teams for visual asset production.
- Capture gameplay footage and produce short-form videos and visual assets.
- Conceptualize and execute creative, platform-specific campaigns for engagement.
- Differentiate content strategies per channel, optimizing tone, format, and timing.
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and optimization of content.
- Collaborate with product and regional teams on social content alignment.
- Support paid and organic campaign launches, monitor performance, and adjust tactics.
- Actively engage with the community, fostering positive relationships.
- Encourage, collect, and curate user-generated content (UGC).
- Track and analyze performance metrics across all channels, providing reports.
- Report regularly on community KPIs and player sentiment.
