Project Quality Engineer
Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves planning, executing, and controlling quality-relevant topics within projects, organizing collaboration with various departments to implement quality assurance measures in series production, and contributing to the definition and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions for internal and external errors. The engineer will also conduct internal process and product audits, support customer complaint management, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the QM system.
Must have:
- Plan, execute, and control quality-relevant topics in projects
- Organize collaboration with departments for quality assurance in series production
- Contribute to defining and monitoring corrective and preventive actions for errors
- Conduct internal process and product audits
- Support recording and managing customer complaints
- REX based on existing quality data
- Create Lessons Learned Cards and support a learning organization
- Support maintenance and improvement of the QM system
- Support preparation and execution of Q-certification audits
- Completed studies as an engineer/technician with several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, climate and refrigeration technology, electronics, or comparable field
- QA training or experience in QA/QM
- Good methodological knowledge in reporting
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
- Assertiveness and high commitment
- Very good team and communication skills, and willingness to travel

What do we want to know about you?
- Completed studies as an engineer / technician with several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, climate and refrigeration technology, electronics or comparable studies with professional experience
- QA training or experience in the field of QA / QM
