FAIVELEY TRANSPORT CZECH a.s. is part of the Wabtec corporation, which after merging with the French company Faiveley Transport in 2016 and the American company GE Transportation in 2019, became the largest manufacturer of components for the railway and transit industry. We are proud to supply products for significant transport projects around the world such as pantographs, electromechanical components, couplers, brakes, trolleybus collectors.

How can you contribute to the change and development of our company?

• Processing customer orders
• Managing the order book in ERP MM
• Communication and regular review with customers
• Cooperation with internal operational teams (planning, purchasing, dispatch)
• Organizing goods transport
• Reporting order status internally / externally
• Supporting the complaint process / cooperating with the quality department.
• Managing customs processes
• Participating in the company's continuous improvement plan
• Participating in company activities as needed

What will you need?

• University / High School education
• Experience in administration, logistics, customer service is welcome, but the position is also suitable for a clever graduate eager to learn
• Communicative level of English, necessary knowledge of Czech language
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Independence and conscientiousness
