Wie werden Sie einen Unterschied machen?
- Planung, Durchführung und Kontrolle der Q-relevanter Themen in den Projekten
- Organisation der Zusammenarbeit mit div. Abteilungen zur Implementierung qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen in der Serienfertigung zur Vermeidung von Fehlern
- Mitarbeit bei der Definition und Überwachung der Implementierung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen für intern und extern angezeigte Fehler
- Durchführung von internen Prozess- und Produktaudits
- Unterstützung bei Erfassung und Steuerung von Kundenreklamationen
- REX auf Basis vorhandener Qualitätsdaten
- Erstellung von Lessons Learned Cards - Unterstützung Aufbau lernende Organisation
- Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Verbesserung des QM-Systems
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Q-Zertifizierungs-Audits
Was möchten wir über Sie wissen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur / Techniker mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung aus den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Klima- und Kältetechnik, Elektronik oder vergleichbares Studium mit Berufserfahrung
- QS-Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Bereich QS / QM
- Gute methodische Kenntnisse - Rapportwesen
- Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Durchsetzungsstärke und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Reisebereitschaft
