We are looking for an experienced Prompt Engineer / AI Creative Designer to join our innovative and forward-thinking creative team, where we leverage cutting-edge AI technology to push the boundaries of marketing and design. As a Prompt Engineer, you will work at the intersection of creativity and technology, collaborating with top designers, motion designers, illustrators, and marketing professionals to bring unique, data-driven concepts to life..

Your main tasks will be:

• Prompt Development: Craft and optimize prompts across various AI tools, including image, video, voice and more.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to produce visual and multimedia solutions for collaborative work.
• Research & Implementation: Research and integrate the latest AI tools and methods into team workflows.
• Marketing Support: Create marketing materials (performance ad campaigns, ASO, website, and social media content).
• Creative Development: Collaborate with the team to develop unique creative concepts and solutions.
• Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize creative projects based on data and marketing feedback.

We expect from you:

• AI Tools Proficiency: Experience with AI tools such as Comfy UI, Imagen-4, Flux, Ideogram, HeyGen, Reve, Midjourney, Runway and other AI tools.
• Prompt Crafting Skills: Ability to generate and refine prompts to meet team objectives.
• Graphic Software: Figma, Adobe CC
• Multimedia Expertise: Knowledge of image, video, sound, and text manipulation, including image manipulation and animation control (SD+ControlNet, motion design).
• Tech Adaptability: Quick to learn new technologies and tools, adaptability to changes.
• Collaboration Skills: Team-oriented, proactive, and a critical thinker.
• Proficiency in English and Russian.
• A graphic design background would be a valuable asset.
