Job Description

We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join Cupid Media, a global online dating company with over 60 million registered users across 33 niche dating websites. Our mission is to connect singles worldwide through platforms tailored to their interests, culture, and lifestyle. Your main tasks will be to identify the causes of changes in business processes, analyze user behavior, evaluate A/B tests, participate in product development, assess impact of changes on key metrics, and create dashboards and reports.

Must Have:
  • Identify the causes of changes in the dynamics of business processes
  • Analyze user behavior and discover hidden patterns in data
  • Evaluate the results of A/B tests and experiments
  • Participate in product development and strategy discussions
  • Assess the potential impact of proposed changes on key metrics
  • Create and maintain clear, up-to-date dashboards and reports
  • Higher education in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related technical field
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with mathematical statistics and probability theory
  • Proficiency in data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization tools such as BigQuery, Python, Tableau, SuperSet, and Excel
  • Solid experience in running and analyzing A/B tests
  • Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.)
  • English proficiency: B2 level or higher

  • Analyze user behavior and discover hidden patterns in data;
  • Evaluate the results of A/B tests and experiments;
  • Participate in product development and strategy discussions;
  • Assess the potential impact of proposed changes on key metrics;
  • Create and maintain clear, up-to-date dashboards and reports.

We expect from you:

Hard Skills

  • Higher education in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related technical field;
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with mathematical statistics and probability theory;
  • Proficiency in data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization tools such as BigQuery, Python, Tableau, SuperSet, and Excel;
  • Solid experience in running and analyzing A/B tests;
  • Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.).

Soft Skills

  • Product thinking: ability to interpret user behavior through metrics and understand product impact;
  • Systems thinking: can reason from the general to the specific and vice versa;
  • Critical thinking: questions data quality and decisions, performs cross-checks;
  • Effective communication:
  • Uses storytelling and data-driven arguments;
  • Explains complex concepts clearly;
  • Structures conclusions with actionable recommendations;
  • Presents and defends analytical findings confidently;
  • Independence and responsibility: proactively identifies growth opportunities, owns results, and ensures completion of tasks;
  • English proficiency: B2 level or higher.

Ideal Background

Candidates with experience in dating platforms, social networks, gaming, or other B2C products — especially those using a subscription model — are highly preferred.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years.
