Job Description

ARHS Group is seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with 5+ years of experience in automated testing using Selenium and Java. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, collaborating with teams, executing tests, reporting defects, and enhancing the test automation framework. The ideal candidate will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, analyze results, create documentation, and ensure comprehensive test coverage within Agile processes.

Good To Have:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in testing web applications across different browsers and devices.

Must Have:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers.
Execute automated and manual test cases, report defects, and verify bug fixes.
Maintain and enhance the test automation framework.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test results and provide clear and actionable feedback.
Create and maintain test documentation.
Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing.
Participate in Agile development processes.
5+ years of experience in QA testing with a focus on automation.
Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and test automation in Java.
Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit.
Familiarity with Page Object Model (POM) and design patterns.
Experience with version control tools like Git.
Understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman.
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Maven.

Job Description

ARHS Group - part of Accenture - is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester with strong experience in automated testing using Selenium and Java for one of its clients at the EU Institutions in Brussels.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive test planning, test automation, and defect identification.

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and identify test cases.
Execute automated and manual test cases, report defects, and verify bug fixes.
Maintain and enhance the test automation framework.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, etc.).
Analyze test results and provide clear and actionable feedback.
Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
