• Organize and deliver training all New Hires and prepare them for production
• Develop, facilitate and complete training needs and refresh training plan at QA team level, on assigned services or studios
• Create training content based on available resources - constantly be up to date according to needs; upload all content in Learning Platform
• Provide monthly and quarterly Training activity report to Managers at Service and BU level
• Test all team for tech knowledge on assigned service/studio

• Strong Knowledge  and skill in Game Testing 
• Passionate in learning and development In Testing Area
• Proven experience working and mentoring people, giving training, supporting others with improvement plans, motivating and keeping accountable.
• English – independent user level (able to make conversation, comprehend, read and write independently)
• Demonstrates good organizational skills and engaging facilitator
• Has experience creating training material or presentation, is a plus
• Able to use testing tools and techniques, such as manual functional testing, regression testing, performance testing and exploratory testing to ensure software quality
• Familiar with mobile/console/PC game environment
• Understanding the stages of game development process
• Familiar with different hardware platforms such as consoles, desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices, and how software applications behave differently on each platform
