Job Description

The QC CC/LP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 standards, and applying core quality tools. Key duties include problem-solving, conducting audits, managing customer interactions, and utilizing drawing reading skills for various automotive brands. The role requires strong communication and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Must Have:

Basic knowledge about Quality Core Tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA), 7QC tools, Control Plan, COPQ, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Product/Process Audit, Layered Audit, Calibration
Internal Auditor for IATF 16949
Knowledge of structured problem solving and tools like Why-Why analysis, 8D analysis, FTA
Drawing reading knowledge for M&M, TATA, VW
Basic knowledge Customer Specific requirements (MSES, TATA-TPS)
Good knowledge about MS Excel, MS Power point, Good communication skills
Customer interaction and handling (Customer Mapping), warranty handling & analysis.
