QC FA Supervisor
Job Summary
Job Description
The QC FA Supervisor will implement and supervise quality processes, ensuring compliance with standards like PPAP and IATF16949. Responsibilities include monitoring engineering changes, preparing sample submissions, developing control plans, and coordinating problem-solving. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 5 years of related experience, and skills in English, communication, PC operation, and quality tools like APQP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
Must have:
- Implement Quality OS
- Supervise project quality engineers and team
- Monitor Model Year and Engineering Change implementation
- Prepare PPAP compliant sample submissions
- Assure timely PPAP full approval
- Conduct tooling and first sample release
- Develop control plans and improve quality (FTQ, Red-tag)
- Coordinate problem solving and follow up actions
- Run @ Rate studies
- Supervise manufacturing quality management
- Report manufacturing issues to management
- Train and develop subordinates
- Follow up corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate internal and external quality feedback resolution
- Authority to stop line for quality issues
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
- Basic English speaking and writing skill
- Knowledge of ISO9000/IATF16949
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in PC operation
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
- 5 years related experience
- 1 year in quality supervisor position

Job Details
KEY SERVICES:
- Implement Quality OS
- Supervise the project (lead) quality engineers and the team
- Monitor Model Year Change and Engineering Change implementation.
- Prepare sample submission complying with PPAP and customer specific requirement.
- Assure PPAP full approval on time
- Conduct tooling and first sample release
- Develop the control plan at every stage, improve quality through FTQ, Red-tag analysis
- Co-ordinate the problem solving and follow up the preventive and corrective action
- Run @ Rate study as requested
- Supervise the quality management for whole manufacturing process, take action for any issue from manufacturing site, and report to management team timely.
- Train and develop subordinates
- Follow up corrective and preventive actions and non-conforming products control.
- Coordinator problem solving and resolution for internal and external quality feedback
- Authorized to stop the line whenever product quality is out of control.
- Lean organization
- Complete task assigned by Quality Manager
QUALIFICATION:
1. Education Background
a. Bachelor degree or above
b. Major in Engineering
c. Basic English speaking and writing skill
2. Skills and knowledge
a. ISO9000/IATF16949 knowledge
b. Good communicate and problem solving skill
c. Well versed in PC operation
d. APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA knowledge
3. Working Experience
a. 5 years related experience
b. 1 year in quality supervisor position.
