Background
The Qoo10 Sales Department's Sales Strategy & Insights Office is recruiting a Shopper Insights Team Leader to achieve sustainable growth and competitive advantage in the Japanese online market.
Main Duties
- Understanding and analyzing shopper insights
- Designing and analyzing consumer surveys, and proposing improvements based on them
- Competitor analysis and market trend research
- Proposing product plans to the sales team
- Developing and implementing sales promotion strategies
- Analyzing sales promotion results and providing insights
- Managing Shopper Insights team members
Qualifications
- University graduate or higher
- 3+ years of team leader experience
- Experience in one of the following:
- 3+ years of experience in the online consumer goods industry
- 3+ years of experience in the consumer research industry
