We are looking for a QSE Coordinator (M/F) for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Within the Operations Directorate of the Cergy-Vexin and Yvelines Territories, he/she will carry out, under the responsibility of the regional QSE Manager, the following activities for the QSE coordinator position in the Yvelines and Val d'Oise departments, with regional meetings in Puteaux:
- Contribute to the deployment and coordination of actions to be carried out in the territories regarding quality, environment, and prevention.
- Contribute to achieving objectives in these areas.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations concerning quality, industrial safety, environment, and safety.
- Participate in the development of a "safety culture" as part of the company project.
Health/Safety Prevention:
- Contribute to the implementation of the Prevention, Health, and Safety action plan of the company project.
- Monitor safety performance within the framework of territorial projects.
- Raise awareness of occupational safety and ensure the deployment of good practices.
- Support managers in conducting "Safety Minutes" and field visits.
- Contribute to the functioning of specialized safety bodies.
- Monitor accidental events (accidents, near-misses, dangerous situations) and occupational diseases in Acciline+.
- Support managers in implementing analyses of accidents, near-misses, and dangerous situations.
- Prepare declarations of work accidents and occupational diseases.
- Support managers in applying national and local prevention measures: procedures, operating modes, instructions.
- Ensure compliance with prevention measures in the areas of design/construction.
- Participate in the selection of Individual and Collective Protective Equipment.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory periodic checks.
- Ensure the completion of risk assessments and associated action plans.
Traceability:
- Verify compliance with training and authorization obligations.
- Monitor the proper application of Prevention Plans, Fire Permits, Safety Protocols.
- Report malfunctions.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions decided during CRAATs.
- Ensure administrative follow-up with CPAM (files, questionnaires, and investigations) for work accidents and occupational diseases.
- Monitor corrective actions resulting from periodic controls.
- Verify compliance with display and control register obligations.
Development:
- Participate in responding to calls for tenders.
- Analyze installations to propose improvements to our clients.
Quality and Environmental Management System:
- Perform regulatory and environmental diagnostics on territorial installations.
- Organize emergency and crisis situation simulations and conduct feedback.
- Perform self-assessments of the application of Veolia Eau France's management system.
- Ensure compliance with ICPE regulations.
- Manage waste in the territories.
- Participate in the implementation of national procedures, operating modes, and instructions.
- Monitor the processing of non-conformity sheets, corrective, and preventive actions.
Certification:
- Ensure the effectiveness of the safety management system related to ISO 45001 certification at the Neuville sur Oise wastewater treatment plant.
- Organization, coordination, and steering of internal audits and the certification audit related to ISO 45001 certification at the Neuville sur Oise wastewater treatment plant.
- Actively participate in the France management system certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 in the territory.
Purchasing:
- Promote the consideration of safety with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Communication:
- Respond to requests from supervisory bodies (IT, CARSAT, prefectures, SDIS…).
Training:
- Ensure the smooth running of the training plan.
- Monitor training/authorizations in the internal tool "Acciline+".
